General Ordering Information/Privacy Policy: All personal information & order information is safe & secure! All personal information & credit card information is encrypted by a password only SSL via Verisign. All customer personal info is stored OFF LINE, and all credit card info is encrypted, then deleted after the transaction has been finalized, and completed.
No information will be sold to anyone what so ever!!!!! This is not a corporate cash cow, and there is never any trading of email addresses, personal information, or credit card information.
General Terms & Conditions Statement: All orders subject to approval of Electric Discharge. An email/electronic receipt of an online order does not guarantee acceptance or final processing of the order.
Due to the high rate of credit card fraud in certain parts of the world, online orders will NOT be accepted from all countries (see Payment Methods for more info). Also we cannot ship our products to all countries in the world, due to US Trade Laws, & some mail restrictions to some countries.
Orders placed via credit card do not have to be shipped to the credit card billing address. The billing address submitted on an order DOES need to match exactly with the billing address on file for the bank issuer of credit card that the customer is using to pay for the order. All credit card orders are subject to AVS (address verification service) via Verisign.
Electric Discharge tries to make every effort to list correct prices, track listings, & descriptions, on every product we offer for sale. If an incorrect price is posted on our site for any reason, the order will be held until the customer has been contacted with the correct information. The customer can then choose to go ahead & place the order, or cancel the order.
Placing An Order: There are five ways to order with Electric Discharge:
1. Online Ordering To place your order online, when you find an item you would like to purchase just click "add to shopping cart". You may then proceed to checkout, or continue to browse and add more items to your shopping cart. When you are ready to proceed to checkout, the site will walk you through the 4 step ordering process. You will be able to see your total including shipping before placing your order. If you are ordering and wish to use Paypal, please choose the Paypal in the payment preferences options. After completing the checkout info, you will then be directed automatically to Paypal to compete the payment process. If you are paying with check/money order follow the same prompts, but then print out the order, and mail it along with the payment (see ordering by regular mail).
2. Ordering By Phone If you prefer to place your order by phone, you may call toll free 24 hours a day (1.877.213.4084). If you should get a voice mail, just leave your name & phone number. Someone will call you back as soon as possible. For you safety & privacy, we do not recommend leaving any credit card info/personal info on the voice mail.
3. Ordering Via Fax You may also fax your order to 1.877.213.4084. Please include a copy of your completed order, w/shipping & billing information.
4. Ordering By Regular Mail Complete the checkout process, selecting the payment method in which to pay. Print out & mail your completed order with a personal check (USA accounts only) or USD money order. Make checks or money orders payable to Electric Discharge. Personal checks have a 2 week hold (15 days). NO EXCEPTIONS!!! In the case of an item(s) that you have ordered being discontinued, you will be informed, & a credit or a refund will be given for the value of the item(s). Georgia residents have an added 7% sale tax to the total.

We do accept cash payments also, but the customer is responsible for sending cash. In other words…HIDE IT WELL!!! US funds are accepted only.
5. Ordering Via E-mail You may also place an order via e-mail at orders@electricdischarge.com. But of course if you are going to do that, you might as well just place on order online. Same rules apply as the regular mail orders. We do not recommend sending credit card number via e-mail unless you split them up, into separate e-mails, or have an encryption or disappearing email function or your e-mail server.
Payment Methods We Accept: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, & American Express credit cards. We also except Paypal. If you prefer mailing in an order we accept personal checks (US accounts only), money order, or cash (customer is responsible for the loss of the cash & US funds only). Due to high incidents of credit card fraud in these countries: Romania, Macedonia, Belarus, Pakistan, Russia, Lithuania, Egypt, Nigeria, Colombia, Malaysia, Indonesia, Yugoslavia, Croatia, Ukraine, Bulgaria, Turkey, & Israel; there will be no orders paid via credit card from these countries. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!
Customers Who Are Charged A Sales Tax: We are required by law to collect 7% sales tax from Georgia residents only. It will automatically be added to your order.
Shipping The Product To The Customer: All in stock orders will be shipped usually within 1-3 business days of receiving the order with the payment. This includes International shipments, as well as domestic shipments. If your order has a backordered item, then the order will ship within 1-3 business days of receiving the backordered product. If backorders have not arrived within 30 days, then the customer will be contacted, and they can decide if they would like to keep waiting, or ship out the order as is. All Pre-Orders bought on the SAME order as current catalog titles will cause the order to be held until the Pre-Order title is released. If you want the catalog items to ship separate from the pre-order title, then please place a separate order for the Pre-Orders.

Return/Refunds/Exchanges Policy: All pre-recorded UNOPENED product can be returned for an exchange of the value of the product within 14 days of purchase. No opened product can be returned for credit (unless by manufacturer's defect). If you have a manufacturer's defect, then please contact Electric Discharge immediately for assistance on the return. Electric Discharge does not sell used media items.
All items are shipped from the wholesalers to Electric Discharge new. If the customer suspects the shipment package has been opened, or the merchandise is faulty with the shrink wrap still on the item, please contact Electric Discharge immediately!
All New Release dates are subject to change by the vendor.
